Had a great experience with Express Air Duct Cleaning. George came out to clean our dryer vent and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up after himself. On top of that, George is just a genuinely great guy. Friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. It’s nice to have someone come into your home who knows their stuff and is also a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend him!
Brian is a wonderful individual. He did a great job cleaning mold out of air conditioners vents. So thankful for his help. I recommend Brian and his company, Express Air Duct Cleaning.
Brian arrived promptly, rapidly diagnosed the problem, and explained how to solve the issue clearly. Brian is a friendly person who represented the company Express Air Duct Cleaning in a very professional manner. I will use the company in the future. Good job!
Visits can include homes around Cortez Road, the working waterfront, Sarasota Bay shoreline streets and nearby neighborhoods in West Bradenton.
Many homes are small cottages and older block or frame houses, some with additions. Smaller homes often have compact utility closets and simple dryer vent runs.
Manatee County has seen steady growth, and its neighborhoods now include everything from historic fishing villages to large new subdivisions.
Homes near the water deal with moisture in the air nearly year-round, and the AC runs for much of it, so ducts are working most of the time. Boats, bikes, beach gear and sandy floors mean a lot of fine grit gets pulled back toward the return vents. A technician can look at the vents and explain what they see so you can decide what makes sense for your home.
Dryer vents on waterfront homes often exit through a wall or the roof, and the outside cover can corrode or get blocked over time. If a normal load takes more than one cycle to dry, the vent is a good first thing to check.

Clothes taking more than one cycle to dry, a laundry room that gets unusually hot, a burning smell, or lint collecting around the outside vent cover are all common signs.
