Serving Sarasota
Downtown and the Rosemary District, Laurel Park, Gillespie Park, Southside Village, Alta Vista and the neighborhoods around Siesta Drive and Bee Ridge Road are all part of our regular territory, along with the Palmer Ranch side of town to the south.
The city mixes mid-century homes (Sarasota has a well-known modernist building tradition), 1920s bungalows, newer infill houses, and a large number of condos and townhomes. Each brings its own duct layouts and dryer vent runs.
Because Sarasota is where we start our day, requests inside the city are the simplest for us to plan. Downtown condo towers usually need coordination with building management, older bungalows near Laurel Park and Gillespie Park often have tight attic access, and the newer homes toward Palmer Ranch tend to have larger systems with several vents per room. Whatever you live in, tell us the type of home and we will take that into account.
In Sarasota County, homes range from island condos and bayfront houses to inland communities that have grown quickly in recent years.
