Serving Bradenton
Our visits include downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk area, the Village of the Arts, Palma Sola Bay, Bayshore Gardens and neighborhoods near Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road.
Bradenton has older homes near downtown, mid-century neighborhoods in the middle of the city, and newer communities toward I-75. Dryer vent routes in older homes can be longer or more awkward.
Bradenton covers a lot of ground, from downtown and the Riverwalk to the neighborhoods around Palma Sola Bay and the newer communities off I-75. Older areas near the river tend to have homes with long service histories and added-on laundry rooms, while west Bradenton has many single-story homes from the mid-20th century. The Village of the Arts area is known for small restored cottages with compact mechanical spaces.
Manatee County has seen steady growth, and its neighborhoods now include everything from historic fishing villages to large new subdivisions.
