How do I request a visit?

Do you serve my ZIP code?
We serve homes within about 50 miles of Sarasota across Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough and nearby counties. Add your ZIP or city to the form and we will confirm.
Do I need to be home?
We will talk through access and scheduling with you when we follow up on your request.

Air Duct Cleaning
How do I know if my air ducts need cleaning?
Common signs include visible dust or debris around vents, a musty smell when the AC starts, dust returning quickly after you clean, or recent renovation work. A technician can look at your vents and tell you what they see.
How often should I clean my air ducts?
General maintenance cleaning: every year or two. Deep cleaning: required every 3 to 5 years.
Does Florida's climate affect air ducts?
Air conditioning runs for much of the year in Florida, so duct systems are in near-constant use, and humid air is a fact of life. A technician can look at your vents and tell you what they see.
Can I request air duct and dryer vent cleaning together?

Dryer Vent Cleaning, Replacement and Repair
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Dryer vent cleaning is recommended every 6 to 12 months.
What are the signs of a clogged dryer vent?
Clothes taking more than one cycle to dry, a laundry room that gets unusually hot, a burning smell, or lint collecting around the outside vent cover are all common signs.
What does dryer vent replacement and repair involve?
A technician inspects your dryer vent, then repairs or replaces the damaged part. The details depend on your home and your dryer vent.
Is dryer vent replacement and repair the same as dryer vent cleaning?
No. Cleaning clears lint from the vent. Replacement and repair is for a vent that is damaged, crushed or disconnected. You can request both at the same time.
Blower, Air Handler and UV Light
What is the blower in my HVAC system?
The blower is the fan inside the air handler. It moves air through the ductwork and out of the vents in your rooms.
What is an air handler?
The air handler is the indoor unit of your heating and cooling system. It connects to the supply and return ductwork and contains the blower.
What does UV light installation involve?
A technician looks at your HVAC system, discusses placement with you, and installs the light. The details depend on your equipment.
Can a UV light be installed in any system?
It depends on the type of equipment and the space available. A technician can look at your system and tell you what is possible.
