Serving Osprey
Our visits cover Osprey's Historic Spanish Point area, Blackburn Point, the communities along Tamiami Trail and Casey Key Road, and the Palmer Ranch neighborhoods to the north.
Osprey blends bayfront and canal-side homes, gated golf communities, and large-lot properties set back from the road. Larger homes often have more than one air handler and many vents to reach.
Osprey is spread out, with winding roads, bayfront streets and a long stretch of US 41 running through it. Homes on large lots near Historic Spanish Point and the Palmer Ranch communities have different layouts from the small bayfront cottages, and many residents live in Osprey only part of the year. If your home has a second system or a detached space, mention it when you contact us.
Sarasota County stretches from the barrier islands of the Gulf down to North Port and Englewood, with a mix of beach communities, condos, active-adult neighborhoods and newer subdivisions.
