Had a great experience with Express Air Duct Cleaning. George came out to clean our dryer vent and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up after himself. On top of that, George is just a genuinely great guy. Friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. It’s nice to have someone come into your home who knows their stuff and is also a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend him!
Brian is a wonderful individual. He did a great job cleaning mold out of air conditioners vents. So thankful for his help. I recommend Brian and his company, Express Air Duct Cleaning.

We serve properties around Pinellas Bayway, the Tierra Verde marina area and the canals and waterfront neighborhoods.
Housing includes canal-front homes, high-rise condos and townhomes.
In Pinellas County, space is tight and many homes and condos are decades old, so duct layouts and dryer vent runs can be unusual.
Salt air and humidity are part of daily life near the water, and air conditioning runs hard for much of the year, so the duct system stays in near-constant use. Compact mechanical closets and air handlers tucked into tight spaces can make the system harder to reach, which is worth mentioning when you request a visit. A technician can look at your supply and return vents and tell you what they find before you decide on anything.
Towels, linens and beach gear mean heavy laundry loads at homes and rentals, so lint builds up quickly. In condo buildings, dryer vents can run a long way through walls and ceilings to reach an exterior outlet, and longer runs collect lint more easily.
